Common Payment Rules for services:
- No upfront cost when using a bank product. When you choose a bank product, your tax preparation fees are automatically withheld from your tax refund.
- Returns that do not fund due to delays or holds by an outside agency are still considered an unpaid tax bill with our establishment. An invoice will be sent for any outstanding payments.
- If you choose not to use a bank product, payment is due at the time of service. No returns filed, or client copies will be released until payment is made in full.
- Upfront tax preparation fees may be paid by cash or credit card. A 3.5% processing fee applies to all credit card payments.
- Tax return disbursement options include money cards, direct deposit, or a paper check issued from our office.
